They got back to me in no time about all my questions and managed to sort out a problem I had. Super quick, helpful, and really nice—what else could you want?

The courses themselves are decent, but the certificate situation is a real hassle. The link to get the certificates is broken, so I had to shoot them an email about it. By the second week, I still hadn’t heard back, so I had to follow up again. Finally, I got a response with a brief apology and a new link to buy my certificate.

The new link only let me order the PDF version for £12, and if I wanted the printed version, it would cost me an extra £35. I was really just after the printed one. In the end, I figured I’d go with the PDF. I paid the £12, but I’m still waiting for it to be sent to my email. The ordering process doesn’t let you specify the course name, so I had to email them again, and still, no word back.

This company seems all too eager to take your cash for their courses, but once you finish, getting what you paid for is a real struggle.

These classes are amazing and are conducted in a really professional manner, progressing step by step to help you develop alongside the lessons. Absolutely fantastic!
